How do ozone saunas work?

Here at Ozone Therapy UK, we offer sessions using our HOCATT™ steam sauna, which provides a method of introducing ozone into the body, via the skin. This is called transdermal ozone.

The HOCATT™ system is unique in that it also has a number of built-in features which not only offer steam, ozone and oxygen, but also Carbonic Acid Therapy, Electrotherapy, Far-Infrared, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, Photon Light Therapy and aromatherapy. By combining these, we are able to provide targeted sessions for your wellness or beauty need.

Relaxing ozone sessions

In each steam sauna session, you will sit comfortably in our HOCATT™ ozone sauna with your head protruding out of the top. Your face remains cool, and there is no risk of inhaling excess amounts of ozone. Adjustable volumes of steam, and an ozone / oxygen mixture are circulated inside the sealed unit. Specific parts of the body can be targeted by directing a concentrated form of ozone to the affected areas.

Important note for legal purposes: Although we will be glad to assess and supervise sessions aimed at improving your wellbeing, we do not 'treat', or aim to 'cure' disease. Under UK law only a medical doctor may 'treat' illness and disease with a medical origin such as cancer. This law is to protect you from the possibility that, while you are receiving therapy, an illness which may need orthodox medical attention could be getting worse.
